Solid and clinical Ravenna: three goals against Fiorenzuola to stay on track.

Convincing performance from the Giallorossi in the driving rain: 3-0 victory consolidates second place

Ravenna FC rose to the occasion in front of their home crowd with a commanding performance that earned them three vital points. Under relentless rain, the Giallorossi comfortably dispatched Fiorenzuola with a clean 3-0 win, keeping the gap with leaders Forlì unchanged and proving they have no intention of leaving anything to chance as the season concludes.
Ravenna started cautiously, matching Fiorenzuola’s early efforts blow-for-blow, with the visitors threatening through a couple of long-range strikes. The first real chance fell to Zagre, whose low drive forced a sharp save from Ansaldi. The breakthrough came in the 25th minute: Di Renzo worked the ball well in the box and found Calandrini, whose initial shot forced a miracle save, but Ansaldi was powerless to stop the number 20’s follow-up tap-in. This marked Calandrini’s second consecutive goal, confirming his excellent run of form. From there, Ravenna played with fluidity, controlling the tempo and nearly doubling their lead through Di Renzo and Zagre.
The second goal arrived just before the break, the result of a fine team move finished off by Zagre’s precise strike from the edge of the area. The second half began just as favorably for Marchionni’s men, who found a third in the 52nd minute: Di Renzo clinical finish—a powerful right-footed shot from distance—left the goalkeeper with no chance. With this goal, the striker reaches a tally of 15 for the season, 12 of which have come in the league.
Fiorenzuola attempted a reaction through Lomolino’s initiatives, but Fresia remained alert to preserve his clean sheet. The scoreline remained unchanged, sealing a comprehensive victory that solidifies second place and builds confidence heading into the final three games of the campaign.
Ravenna remains seven points off the top, but their mentality and focus remain sharp, demonstrating a clear will to finish every match at their best and stay ready for any potential developments.

Ravenna, no slowing down: eyes only on the pitch and the three points.

Against a resurgent Fiorenzuola, the Giallorossi aim to send a statement of strength and keep pushing forward.

With four matches remaining, Ravenna FC returns to the Benelli tomorrow aiming for a victory to maintain their momentum and the pride of a squad that, despite a seven-point gap from the top, refuses to give up. Their opponents will be Fiorenzuola—currently bottom of the table but fresh from two consecutive wins that have rekindled survival hopes which, until a few weeks ago, seemed to have vanished.
The Rossoneri, who dropped from Serie C to Serie D and are now in the heat of the battle to avoid further relegation, are a side not to be underestimated, having rediscovered their compactness and motivation. Leading their comeback are several standout players for this level: most notably the experienced striker Ceravolo (born in 1987, with a significant professional pedigree) and former Giallorossi players Ronchi and Gavioli, who return to the Benelli as rivals.
As for Ravenna, they are keen to quickly move on from the draw against Tau Altopascio. It was a bitter result that did not reflect a performance driven by high intensity, in which Marchionni’s side hit the crossbar twice and saw two goals disallowed for marginal offside calls
Coach Marchionni will once again have to contend with some key absences: Lo Bosco remains sidelined, while Rossetti has returned to full training but is unlikely to start. Onofri is also a doubt, though he has been included in the matchday squad.
If catching the league leaders proves mathematically impossible, the goal remains to enter the playoffs in peak condition, maintaining a strong points-per-game average to secure the best possible seeding for the post-season. This will require unwavering focus, intensity, and a hunger for results to ensure that competitive tension remains high. The Giallorossi will once again count on the vibrant atmosphere at the Benelli and the passionate support of their fans to hit the pitch and secure these crucial points.

I believe that football is not just about entertainment, but also a vital tool for growth and unity within our city,” stated Marcello Casadio. Marcello Casadio, founder of Sì Anelli.

“The club also expressed great satisfaction, enthusiastically welcoming this new alliance.
‘We are delighted to welcome Sì Anelli as a Platinum Sponsor of Ravenna FC,’ stated Paolo Scocco, the club’s General Manager. ‘We share the same vision: growing with passion, deeply rooted in our territory, but with a constant eye on the future.’”
Ravenna FC extends its thanks to Sì Anelli for their trust and is confident that this partnership will lead to mutual success, both on and off the pitch.

A point that feels far too small for the Giallorossi

Tau Altopascio 1-1 Ravenna FC: A draw that leaves a bitter taste.

Ravenna FC leaves the Altopascio pitch with just one point, after a match dominated for long stretches and full of incidents that leave more than a little regret. Two goals were disallowed for offside in very tight situations, two shots hit the crossbar, and a goal was conceded with an opponent in a questionable position: fortune did not favor the Giallorossi, who now see the gap to the top rise to seven points with four matches remaining.
The start is entirely in Ravenna’s favor: after a few minutes, Di Renzo deflects a cross in the box, narrowly missing the post, then Zagre tries his luck with a right-footed shot that goes over. In the 25th minute, Tau nearly takes the lead by chance, with a cross deflected by the wind that tests Fresia. Ravenna quickly regains control and comes close again with Ilari, whose shot goes just over the bar after a persistent move by Biagi. At the 37th minute comes the first controversial moment: Di Renzo sets up Zagre, who scores, but the play is called off for offside, which appeared to be marginal.
In first-half stoppage time, the Giallorossi create their best chance: Di Renzo coordinates and with a spectacular bicycle kick hits the crossbar, Ilari follows up to score, but again the linesman flags for an irregular position.
The second half opens with the day’s second shot off the crossbar, struck by Esposito in the 47th minute. In the 54th minute, the Giallorossi finally find the deserved lead: Rrapaj serves Calandrini, who with a precise left-footed shot beats Cabella. Ravenna continues to press, and in the 73rd minute Calandrini comes close to doubling the lead with a powerful shot that Tau’s goalkeeper brilliantly saves.
Two minutes later, however, Tau equalizes: on a loose ball in the small area, Andolfi gets the decisive touch. Once again, the attacker’s position seems marginal, but the referee validates the goal.
Ravenna pushes forward in search of a win: Calandrini and Guida try repeatedly, but the Tuscan goal seems cursed. The final whistle confirms a draw that feels unjust to Marchionni’s men, who delivered a generous and proactive performance, perhaps complicating their bid for the top spot once and for all.

THE SCORELINE:

Tau - Ravenna FC: Tuscan Away Trip to Keep Believing

High-stakes clash against one of the top teams in the group: Giallorossi aim to regain defensive solidity

Thirtieth matchday of the championship and another away fixture for Ravenna FC, who face Tau Altopascio tomorrow in a clash with high-stakes implications. The Giallorossi, coming off a convincing home victory against Corticella, are called upon to build on that success to stay firmly in the promotion race.

The gap to the top remains five points, with Forlì showing no signs of slowing down, but Ravenna must keep believing until the very end, leaving nothing untried. Tomorrow’s away fixture is a tough one: Tau, currently fourth in the standings, is one of the best-equipped teams in the group and led the table for much of the first part of the season. The Tuscan side boasts the league’s top scorer, Motti, already with 19 goals, and can rely on an experienced and competitive squad.

Adding an extra layer of significance to the clash is the presence on the bench of a former Giallorossi player: Simone Venturi, now Tau’s coach, once wore the Ravenna jersey as a player and is sure to provide plenty of motivation for his team.

Marchionni will have to cope with some significant absences: both Rossetti and Di Renzo will still be unavailable, two key players who are recovering from their respective physical issues. The rest of the squad, however, will be fully available to tackle what promises to be an intense and hard-fought match.

Ravenna, for their part, will be eager to build on the positive signs shown at the Benelli, in a display of strength that revealed a team alive, determined, and capable of responding to adversity. To keep dreams and hopes alive, to stay on the promotion train, and to seize any opportunity that could reopen the race.

Tomorrow, the support of the Giallorossi fans will once again be present: around 300 supporters are expected to travel, ready to make themselves heard and to fill the Tuscan stadium with passion. The bond with the fans continues to prove itself as one of the most powerful driving forces of Ravenna’s season.

Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM: ninety minutes that mean so much, in a season finale full of excitement and stakes.

Ravenna FC – Corticella 5-2: Giallorossi Roar Again at the Benelli

Renzo Hat-Trick and a Team Response After the Derby: Ravenna Bounces Back Strong

Ravenna FC rediscovers smiles, goals, and confidence. They do it in front of their home crowd, overcoming a resilient Corticella 5-2 and once again showcasing their full attacking potential after the aftermath of the derby. A performance that earns three crucial points, keeping them on the promotion track and keeping every hope alive.

The match starts uphill for the Giallorossi: after just two minutes, Ercolani sends a cross for Rizzi, who immediately tests Fresia. From the rebound, Manara is the quickest and slots home a precise diagonal for 0-1. Ravenna’s response is immediate. In the 11th minute, Biagi plays a deep ball to Di Renzo, who rounds the goalkeeper and calmly finishes into the net.

Ravenna comes close to taking the lead with Guida and then faces a scare in the 29th minute, when Lo Giudice shoots from close range, beats Fresia, but finds Onofri ready to clear off the line. The first half ends 1-1, but it is clear that the pace will not slow down.

The second half opens with the Giallorossi immediately on the front foot: in the 47th minute, a quick throw-in sees Mandorlini reach the byline and lay the ball off to Esposito, who slots it home with precision and runs to celebrate under the Mero stand. The home team also has a chance to seal the game, but Zagre’s break narrowly misses Di Renzo’s touch. Missed goal, conceded goal: in the 65th minute, Manara takes advantage of a defensive hesitation and completes his personal brace, bringing the score back to level.

Ravenna refuses to back down, stepping up the pace and pushing hard. Calandrini and Ilari come close, but it is the substitute Manuzzi, in the 83rd minute, who puts his team ahead again with a precise touch to finish a powerful attacking move.

In the final minutes, Di Renzo takes center stage. In the 89th minute, he completes his personal brace by once again rounding the goalkeeper, and in the 92nd minute he taps in after a header from Manuzzi hits the crossbar, completing his brilliant hat-trick.

It ends 5-2. The gap to Forlì remains unchanged, but Ravenna is there—alive and determined. After the setback in the derby, Marchionni’s boys respond with a display of character, courage, and quality. The end of the season is still completely open.

The Giallorossi Aim to Return to Victory Against Corticella

Ravenna FC Called to Respond Against the Emilians: Crucial Points Needed to Stay in the Race

After the derby defeat, Ravenna FC returns to the field with the goal of getting back on track and leaving nothing untried in the fight for the top. Tomorrow at the Benelli, the Giallorossi will face Corticella in a crucial match to stay close to the top and consolidate their position with an eye on the playoffs.

Forlì’s setback has complicated Marchionni’s boys’ path, now five points behind the league leaders, but the season is far from over and Ravenna must respond strongly. A victory against Corticella is essential to put pressure on the top team and, at the same time, to send a strong message to the fans and to direct rivals in the potential playoff race.

However, difficulties remain for the Giallorossi coach, who will have to cope with some important absences. Rossetti has suffered a flexor issue, and his condition will be assessed in the coming hours, while Nappello has had a muscle relapse and Lo Bosco is carrying minor injuries. None of them will take part in the match. Venturini is also being monitored, dealing with some minor knocks, but he is included in the squad. The team’s spirit will have to prevail over these challenges to face a match that promises to be far from easy.

Facing them is a Corticella side arriving at the Benelli determined to earn valuable points to secure their safety. Nesi’s team, currently outside the relegation zone, knows it cannot afford any lapses in concentration and will look to exploit any uncertainty from the Giallorossi. A match to approach with maximum focus, leaving no room for mental lapses after the derby.

The atmosphere at the Benelli can once again be a key weapon for Ravenna. The passion of the Giallorossi supporters has never been lacking, not even in Forlì, and on a sunny day a strong turnout is expected in the stands. The support of the twelfth man will be crucial in attempting a comeback that looks difficult, but one that must be pursued with determination as long as it remains mathematically possible.

Kick-off is at 3:00 PM, a new time following the switch to daylight saving, for a match in which Ravenna wants to show that they still have a lot to say in this championship.
