Guidonia Montecelio – Ravenna FC: a clash with a scent of revenge
At the Francioni, the duel between Marchionni and Ginestra is renewed, now with significantly revamped squads. The Giallorossi are called to maintain momentum after their home win and to seek their first points on the road.

The Serie C season immediately offers a clash with a special flavor. Tomorrow, with kickoff at 3:00 PM, Ravenna FC will face Guidonia Montecelio in a match that serves as a rematch of last season’s Serie D Coppa Italia final, won by the Giallorossi.
The coaches will be the same: Marco Marchionni for Ravenna and Claudio Ginestra for Guidonia, tasked with renewing a contest that just a few months ago decided a national trophy.
The match will be played at Latina’s Francioni Stadium, due to the temporary unavailability of Guidonia’s ground, still undergoing approval for Serie C.
Both teams arrive at the fixture coming off a win. The Giallorossi aim to build on their home success and, above all, start earning points away from the Benelli after the undeserved defeat in the derby. Guidonia, for their part, will try to capitalize on the momentum of a positive start to the season to confirm their ambitions.
On the Giallorossi side, Marchionni will have to do without Mandorlini and Corsinelli, both dealing with physical issues, as well as Okaka, who is expected to return to regular training next week. Luciani receives his first call-up, and Giallorossi fans hope to see the long-awaited striker on the field for a few minutes.
It will still be a different challenge compared to a few months ago: both teams have extensively refreshed their squads over the summer, with targeted additions to best tackle the step up in division. The match will showcase new faces, renewed ideas, and the desire to immediately prove their worth in the new reality of Serie C.

Ravenna FC – Bra: Sunday at the Benelli for the Giallorossi’s first clash
A first-time clash at the Benelli: Ravenna seeking efficiency, Bra coming off a last-minute draw in Perugia.

On Sunday afternoon, with kickoff at 5:30 PM, the Benelli will host the match between Ravenna FC and Bra, valid for the third matchday of the league. A first-time encounter between two teams arriving with some regrets over missed opportunities in their previous fixtures.
Ravenna comes off an undeserved defeat in the Forlì derby, following a positive performance but hampered by a lack of finishing. A painful loss, yet one that confirmed the Giallorossi’s solidity and character, ready to bounce back in front of their home fans.
Bra, on the other hand, came close to achieving their first professional victory on Perugia’s field, only to be equalized in the tenth minute of added time by a penalty. The Piedmontese team, in their first Serie C experience following last year’s victorious run in Serie D’s Group A, is approaching the step up in division with enthusiasm and determination.
As for Ravenna’s situation, coach Marchionni will still have to do without Luciani, who is gradually regaining fitness and could be available for the next match against Guidonia. Okaka also remains to be assessed, dealing with minor muscle issues during his reconditioning after a long layoff.
Once again, the Benelli will be the ideal stage to rally the Byzantine Lions: a strong turnout of fans is expected to energize the team in a match that promises to be intense and full of interest.

Forlì – Ravenna FC: the Ravegnana derby ignites Serie C.
The Ravegnana derby returns to the professional ranks: great anticipation for Forlì-Ravenna, with the away section packed and fans ready to support their teams.

The allure of the Ravegnana derby takes center stage once again, this time among the professionals. Tomorrow, Forlì and Ravenna will face each other after last season’s clash, when the Biancorossi’s victory at the Morgagni proved decisive for the championship. A precedent that adds extra motivation to a match already highly charged, both on and off the field.
The match will once again pit the two coaches, Marco Marchionni and Alessandro Miramari, against each other, with their head-to-head record perfectly balanced: one win apiece.
Ravenna heads into the derby with positive momentum, coming off convincing performances against Cittadella and Campobasso that showcased their play, intensity, and solidity—results that, in part, felt even tighter than the quality they produced on the pitch. On the other side, Forlì comes off a narrow defeat at the hands of one of the promotion favorites, Arezzo, in a match where they nonetheless proved capable of handling the step up to the new division. The Biancorossi squad, built in the image of their coach, is young and dynamic, and will also feature several former Giallorossi: Macrì, Manuzzi, Saporetti, Ercolani, and Pellizzari.
Excitement is high in the stands, with Ravenna fans ready to fill the away section at the Morgagni. Despite technical difficulties during ticket pre-sales, the enthusiasm has not waned, and the team can count on the support of a passionate following, as has consistently happened in recent seasons.
As for the Giallorossi squad, Luciani, still recovering from a glute injury, and Menegazzo remain sidelined, while there is good news from Ilari, who has returned to the group and is determined to regain top physical form.
Forlì – Ravenna FC will not be just a derby: it will be a match with strong symbolic value, evoking past emotions and opening a new chapter in the rivalry in Serie C.
