On the occasion of Ravenna FC’s official team presentation, scheduled to take place on Thursday, 20 August in Marina di Ravenna, specific access arrangements will be in place for media professionals.

Accreditation requests must be submitted by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 18 August to ufficiostampa@ravennafc.it, specifying:

• Full name of the media professional;

• Media outlet represented;

• Role and telephone number;

• Press card number, where applicable;

• Type of accreditation requested.

To ensure that all technical requirements are properly accommodated, the following dedicated areas will be provided:

• A dedicated area for photographers;

• A dedicated platform for television broadcasters and camera crews wishing to film the event.

Photographers, camera crews and video operators are therefore asked to specify in their request which area they wish to access, the number of crew members and any equipment they intend to use.

Given the public and open nature of the event, no dedicated area will be reserved for journalists attending the presentation. Reporters will be able to follow the event freely from the areas open to the public, while accreditation will provide access to the reserved press session scheduled at the end of the event.

A brief Q&A session with Ronaldinho will be held on this occasion. Interested media outlets are invited to include in their accreditation request the question they would like to put to the Brazilian football legend.

Questions will be collected and selected by the Ravenna FC Press Office, subject to the time available and the arrangements agreed with Ronaldinho’s management. Submitting a question therefore does not guarantee that it will be asked during the session.

No dedicated meetings or one-to-one interviews with Ravenna FC’s management or players will be arranged.

Accreditation will only be considered valid upon receipt of confirmation from the Ravenna FC Press Office. Details regarding the time, location and access arrangements for the reserved session, together with instructions for collecting passes, will be communicated subsequently to accredited media outlets.
