Ravenna FC announces the addition of Claudio Rivalta to the First Team coaching staff as Assistant Coach.

Rivalta, a Ravenna native born in 1978, brings to the Giallorossi a significant background gained both as a professional player, with important experiences in Serie A, Serie B, and Serie C, and as a coach in youth football, where he recently served as head coach of Bologna’s Primavera team following stints with Juventus and SPAL.

As a player, he has already worked with Andrea Mandorlini, who was his coach at Vicenza.

The club welcomes Claudio Rivalta, wishing him a successful tenure with the Giallorossi.

Andrea Mandorlini, a native of Ravenna, after a brilliant playing career highlighted by Inter’s record-breaking 1988/89 Serie A title, took his first steps on the bench as assistant coach of the Giallorossi between 1994 and 1998, contributing to the historic promotion to Serie B in 1996.

During his coaching career, he has led numerous clubs to the top of their respective leagues, achieving promotions and playoff appearances. Among his most notable accomplishments are promotion to Serie A with Atalanta, winning the Serie C1 title with Spezia, and guiding Hellas Verona from Lega Pro to Serie A in two successive promotions. Internationally, he also won the Romanian league with CFR Cluj.
